The binding was completed by James DiMarcantonio of the Hope Bindery in Providence, Rhode Island". Illustrations were created from arrangements of wood type. An accordion-folded work, issued in a binding of black linen with a recess on the front cover containing a simulated printer's type-block with the title printed backward in various colours, tan endpapers. Issued in a matching black slipcase, one side covered with a wood-type letterpress full-colour label.
