Notes: This book was designed and set in digital Monotype Fournier by Barbara Hodgeon. Each copy was bound by Claudia Cohen in her Seattle studio. The hand colouring and all other embellishments were done by the authors. The text was edited by Saeko Usukawa, and the book was printed letterpress from polymer plates by David Clifford at Black Stone Press, Vancouver, on Arches cold press watercolour paper the constructions were made from various papers, including Fabriano Elle Erre and Ingres and Reg Lissel's handmade papers. Housed in a beige drop-back box with the title on the spine and including additional elements: A top; a paper sculpture and an acetate flag book. The binding is three-quarter black leather with paste paper and gold tooling.
